The breathtaking beauty of the Taj, the Rajput splendor of the "Pink City", and the strange amalgamation of the ancient and the modern that go on to make up the capital of India, create an enchanting mix of magic that is alluring enough to satisfy the casual visitor. Passenger ahead.Here are some quick 4 and 5 day itineraries- the minimum time required to see these cities. You can either extend your stay in any of the cities, or add other packages like a visit to a wildlife sanctuary or a camel safaris.

DAY 1

Delhi Arrive Delhi and check in at your hotel. Half day sightseeing tour of historical monuments like Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate and Parliament House. In the evening, watch the sound and light show at the Red Fort, another important Mughal monument. Delhi overnight.

DAY 2

: Delhi - Agra 200 km after breakfast drive to Agra, the city of Taj Mahal and one of the most popular destinations in the world. Visit Akbar's Tomb at Sikandra via Agra. Check in at your hotel. Then, a visit to the Taj Mahal with a guide. Also visit the Agra Fort which was designed by Akbar as a military base. Agra overnight.

DAY 3

Agra - Jaipur After breakfast drive 240 km through the grand monument of Fatehpur Sikri to the Pink City of Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur and check in at your hotel. Half day sightseeing of Jaipur city. Visit the markets of Jantar Mantar, Hawa-Mahal, City Palace and Jaipur for some great shopping. Jaipur overnight.

DAY 4 :

Jaipur After breakfast visit the old Rajput capital, Amber Fort with a guide. Take an elephant ride up to the fort's ramparts. Afterwards, do your shopping and sightseeing in the city. Have dinner at ChokhiDhani, an open-air ethnic spot with folk dancers and musicians and authentic Rajasthani cuisine. Jaipur overnight.

DAY 5 :

Jaipur and onwards Return to Delhi or transfer to Jaipur airport and fly to your next destination. Or you can extend your stay in Rajasthan by visiting wildlife sanctuaries in Sariska or Ranthambore or by taking camel safaris in Shekhawati region or Jaisalmer.
